Job Duties
- Assist the Store Manager with all daily store operations
- Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service
- Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards
- Ensure smoothies and food items are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and controlling operating costs
- Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and place product orders as needed
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Motivate the team to meet sales goals, speed of service, and guest satisfaction expectations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and health regulations
- Perform cash handling, register balancing, and daily deposits
- Step into the Store Manager role when needed
