Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant management roles
  • Proven leadership and team development abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days and nights
  • Proficient in cash handling and inventory management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to relocate to Charlotte, NC before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in cash handling procedures with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in staff training with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and food management practices
  • Familiarity with interviewing processes to select qualified candidates for the team
  • Background in quick service fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments is preferred
  • Strong understanding of food service operations within a hospitality context
  • Excellent inventory control skills to manage supplies effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and accountability
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance
  • Conduct interviews for new hires and assist in the onboarding process
  • Manage inventory control to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food management standards and ensure timely food preparation
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant
