This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of a single store, ensuring both financial success and superior guest experiences. The Assistant Manager will play a central role in hiring, managing, and directing store associates to meet and exceed business goals. This position involves a dynamic leadership component where the individual is responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, maintaining operational standards, and driving the store’s overall success.
