As the Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage Operations at LEGOLAND California Resort, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the guest experience by supporting the Hotel Food and Beverage Manager and collaborating closely with the Front of House leadership team. This role demands a proactive leader who is passionate about hospitality and excels at both operational management and staff development. Your responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service by leading through example, addressing guest concerns with empathy, and engaging actively with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Financial acumen is vital as you monitor reports, control food costs by minimizing waste, and manage inventory to support profitability. You will also oversee catering events, coordinating logistics to meet client expectations and contributing to the resort’s food and beverage offerings. Operational reporting to management will keep stakeholders informed and support continuous improvement.

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, perfect for individuals who thrive on challenge and teamwork.
