Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- have minimum of 2 years QSR experience including 1 year in leadership
- hold a valid driver’s license
- be able to lift equipment and product cases weighing 10 to 50 lbs
- able to speak and hear clearly in person and by phone
- capable of operating computers such as desktop and tablet
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years quick service restaurant (QSR) experience with at least one year in a leadership role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- highly motivated and organized
- ability to take direction from higher-level management
- demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
- valid driver’s license
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
- responsible for training and development of restaurant staff ensuring systems for employee training are fully implemented and followed
- assign activities and tasks to restaurant team members
- comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in line with brand standards and food safety requirements
- review and modify practices as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
- maintain brand image by ensuring cleanliness maintenance and excellent service
- partner with General Manager to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance using management information tools
- identify trends and implement action plans to improve
- focus on developing long term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable sales
- consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions and work to protect the brand
- monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
