Job Description
Qdoba is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team in managing restaurant operations and ensuring excellent guest service and food quality in compliance with brand standards. The Assistant Manager will focus on developing a people and guest-centric culture to enhance the overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
- To remain compliant with state and federal laws, candidates must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with at least one year of experience in a leadership position
- Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Can take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees
- Must have a valid driver's license
