Moreover, Assistant Managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 10% of their quarterly salary, which is tied to results and execution. The company complements this with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, holiday pay, as well as health, dental, and vision insurance. After one year of service, employees can participate in a retirement plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 6%. Additional perks include employee meals, in-store discounts, and ongoing training and leadership development opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about growing their leadership skills within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
