In addition to managing day-to-day store activities, you will be encouraged to engage with the local community and leverage omni-channel retailing strategies to provide a seamless, modern shopping experience.

Old Navy offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $27.50 to $37.10 depending on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Moreover, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes substantial merchandise discounts across their brands, paid time off, volunteer opportunities during work hours, robust 401(k) plans with company matching, employee stock purchase plans, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
