The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager, also referred to as Food Service Supervisor or Management, is pivotal in Braum's operational success. The employment type involves a shift schedule from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm across a rotating three-week schedule, typically totaling about 45 hours per week.
As assistant manager, the candidate will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and core values. The role is essential for delivering outstanding customer service, maximizing sales and food quality, and providing leadership to store crew members. The assistant manager will oversee daily store operations, covering Braum's food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
In addition to operational management, the assistant manager is expected to actively monitor inventory, supply levels, equipment maintenance, safety standards, and cleanliness within the store. They share responsibility for ensuring adherence to company policies and practices consistently. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and plays a significant part in establishing a team culture based on trust, integrity, and a positive work ethic.
