We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our busy, high-energy D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches restaurant locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is eager to grow their career in the restaurant industry. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager by helping to operate the restaurant efficiently and effectively while upholding our standards for food quality, customer service, and team morale.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $18 to $20 per hour plus five hours of overtime weekly, along with a weekly paycheck to keep your finances on track. Additionally, you'll receive monthly bonuses as recognition for performing your job well, making your hard work financially rewarding. As Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in creating a fun, fast, and friendly atmosphere that not only delights guests but also motivates and supports your team members. Your leadership will be hands-on, assisting in daily operations, coaching your staff, managing inventory and staffing needs, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant workflow. You will ensure that the highest level of hospitality and service is consistently delivered by acting as the Manager on Duty during your shifts. This position requires a positive attitude and strong team spirit, with day and night availability to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership experience
  • Positive attitude and team energy
  • Ability to work day and night shifts
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to assist General Manager in achieving profit objectives and guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance with food standards and restaurant safety
  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other regulations
  • Maintain regular punctual attendance
