Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8 to 12 hours per shift
  • Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations across assigned shifts and support overall restaurant performance
  • Ensure execution of brand standards, food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and service expectations
  • Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance and behavior expectations
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and retention efforts
  • Help build a strong bench of future leaders through consistent feedback, recognition, and development
  • Support labor management, food cost discipline, waste reduction, and expense control
  • Execute company initiatives and sales-driving activities
  • Monitor daily operating results and respond quickly to guest, team, and business needs
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, food safety standards, safety procedures, cash handling requirements, and company policies
  • Maintain documentation and reporting accuracy
  • Support a positive, inclusive, respectful, and high-performance environment
