Viking Restaurants is currently seeking dedicated Assistant Managers or Shift Supervisors to join the team at Burger King restaurants in various locations. As an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for building and leading a strong team of Team Members and Shift Leads by recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. This includes conducting new hire orientations and creating customized training plans to develop each team member's skills effectively. Proper scheduling and deployment of the team ensures that operational needs are met efficiently, and performance issues are addressed promptly to maintain high standards.

The role requires a proactive approach to managing the restaurant’s budget and financial plans, ensuring business priorities are understood and implemented by the team.
