Job Requirements

minimum of two years experience in hospitality management

Job Duties

ensure guests are seated promptly and have a pleasant dining experience
address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
monitor the overall atmosphere of the restaurant to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment
oversee front-of-house staff including food runners, servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders to ensure protocol compliance
provide guidance, motivation, and support to staff throughout their shifts
conduct training and ongoing development for new and existing staff
schedule and organize shifts for food runners and bussers to maintain optimal coverage during peak hours
monitor restaurant flow to ensure efficient table turnover without compromising service quality
coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables, chairs, restrooms, and common spaces
manage inventory and supplies by stocking necessary items and collaborating with management for orders
assist in managing labor and operational costs including tracking employee hours and monitoring budgets
oversee cash handling and assist with POS system operations
ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
enforce hygiene protocols among staff and maintain a hazard-free environment
act as liaison between front-of-house and kitchen staff
communicate special customer requests or dietary needs to kitchen
handle reservations, walk-ins, and VIP guests as needed
