Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous managerial or supervisory experience in the restaurant or food service industry
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to train, lead, and motivate a team
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory control
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Capability to perform physical tasks related to restaurant operations
Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to meet sales, cost, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation objectives
Assist the crew in providing responsive, friendly, and courteous service to guests
Ensure orders are prepared and packaged accurately according to Wingstop standards
Monitor cashiers for adherence to corporate guidelines and ensure proper survey and name usage
Oversee cash and credit handling by following cash handling and reconciliation procedures
Perform employee assessments and collaborate with the store manager on counseling reports
Hold crew accountable for cleaning, property damage, and work output
Maintain knowledge of personal and administrative policies and apply corrective actions consistently
Facilitate employee training to achieve service quality and maintain facility appearance
Manage scheduling to cover shifts and handle callouts or no-shows
Ensure timely completion of weekly truck deliveries while controlling costs through accurate ordering
Inspect equipment and maintain temperature logs daily
Verify product receipts conform to quantity and quality standards and follow receiving policies
Prepare for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards inspections
Supervise shift leaders to ensure proper opening and closing procedures and compliance with labor policies
Oversee inventory control including chicken counts and waste management
Enforce a professional, safe, and orderly work environment
Handle or escalate customer complaints appropriately
Support filling shifts and delegate cleaning duties to crew members
