The Assistant Manager role at Culver's of Port Saint Lucie is a full-time position offering competitive wages ranging between $16 and $20 per hour. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in increasing sales volume and profit margins while ensuring the mission of exceptional guest service is met at every shift. Job Qualifications

  • college graduate with a degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • certified from a national food safety program
  • three years experience in a supervisory position
  • certified in-store trainer in all areas
  • ability to effectively organize work, communicate well and be management oriented
  • knowledgeable in all aspects of business and show good judgment
  • self-starter and able to adjust to new ideas
  • demonstrates an energetic, positive attitude that is contagious

Job Duties

  • run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
  • demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
  • support the development of a high-performing team, leading as coach and mentor
  • maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
  • assist general manager to increase sales and net profit of the business
  • prepare and review daily summary and weekly operations reports
  • recruit, hire and terminate team members
