Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Demonstrated math and financial management skills
- Ability to complete ServSafe certification training
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Commitment to uphold brand standards and safety policies

Job Duties
- Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns, and communicating effectively
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of crew members and shift leaders
- Support team development through effective cross training, deployment, and delegation of responsibilities
- Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly
- Role model exceptional guest service and promote urgency to satisfy guests
- Ensure brand standards and systems are executed
- Monitor team performance to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Complete required training including ServSafe certification
- Drive sales through execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash
- Ensure safety and security of team and guests through preventative maintenance and cleanliness
- Work with Restaurant Manager to assess restaurant, develop and implement action plans to target opportunities
- Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
