The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is a vital leadership position responsible for driving the success of individual stores. An Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing store operations, including hiring, managing, and directing store associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring delivery of outstanding guest experiences. This position includes a comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks to equip new leaders with the necessary skills to succeed. The Assistant Manager is expected to foster a positive and efficient work environment and play a hands-on role in achieving store goals. The job requires flexibility to work at locations within a 50-mile radius and maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Panda Express offers a generous compensation package for this role with a pay range of $22.5 to $25.5 per hour, including bonus opportunities and a wide array of benefits.
