Job Requirements

high school diploma required
flexibility to work in stores within a 50-mile radius
ability to work weekend and flexible shifts
Serve Safe certified or willing to become certified
ability to stand for extended periods
capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
effective verbal communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities

Job Qualifications

prior experience in retail or foodservice management preferred
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work flexible schedules including weekends

proficiency in managing team dynamics and operational tasks

Job Duties

assist in hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences
oversee daily operations of a single store
ensure compliance with food safety standards, including Serve Safe certification
provide leadership and mentorship to staff
