Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • flexibility to work in stores within a 50-mile radius
  • ability to work weekend and flexible shifts
  • Serve Safe certified or willing to become certified
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in retail or foodservice management preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends

  • proficiency in managing team dynamics and operational tasks

Job Duties

  • assist in hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • oversee daily operations of a single store
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards, including Serve Safe certification
  • provide leadership and mentorship to staff
  • implement company policies and procedures
  • handle operational challenges and resolve conflicts
  • support inventory management and maintain store cleanliness
