Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- Ability to work 50 hours per week with flexibility
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
- Commitment to uphold company culture, values, and inclusivity
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proven ability to manage profit and loss by following cash control, security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor and reviewing financial reports
- Skilled in training employees and providing necessary resources
- Strong commitment to promoting equity, inclusion and belonging
- Experience in leading recognition, collaboration and motivation initiatives
- Capable of identifying and recruiting exceptional talent
- Excellent communication skills for performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and employee motivation
- Knowledgeable about corporate policies, procedures and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards
Job Duties
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs
- Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards
- Take charge of restaurant operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence
- Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback
- Address employee relations issues as they arise and determine immediate resolutions or escalate to the Restaurant General Manager when necessary
- Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring Team Members while driving a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging
- Assist with profit and loss management including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance and labor management
- Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize performance
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed
