Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment
- must be 21 years of age or older
- knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest services
- ability to motivate and develop team members
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- strong time management skills
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- ability to effectively communicate with team and management
- ability to perform basic maintenance and upkeep
- willingness to complete required training and certifications
- able to walk and stand up to 10 hours
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work 50+ hours per week including weekends
- adherence to company policies and procedures including appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment
- restaurant management experience preferred
- 2 year hospitality degree preferred
- must be 21 years of age or older
- effective communication skills
- coaching and performance management abilities
- knowledge of menu, food and beverage preparation
- ability to analyze financial information and adhere to budgets
- ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with Ctuit, Aloha POS, Excel, Word, Ops Analytica and Outlook
Job Duties
- Execute daily restaurant operations including supervision of the hourly team members
- assist general manager with execution of sales initiatives and goals
- support all FOH operations including systems adherence, health inspections, order guides, sales services, quality control of beer, and food order safety and sanitation
- oversee presentation of food to ensure it meets Bricktown Brewery specifications
- monitor compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving
- maintain building, equipment and supply levels including contacting contractors for repairs and performing basic maintenance
- promptly and professionally handle guest complaints and comments
- ensure a safe working and guest environment and complete accident reports when necessary
- communicate team member issues and complaints to management
- sign off FOH and BOH team members at shift end
- follow company procedures including crisis situations
- complete manager in training projects
- assist in hourly team member scheduling based on budget
- support general manager with financial, HR, and payroll administrative duties
- strictly follow cash handling and security procedures
- communicate with general manager for monitoring expenditures and managing food, labor, and supply costs
- perform other duties as assigned by regional manager or operations leadership
