The Restaurant Manager role at Bricktown Brewery is central to maintaining the restaurant's high service standards and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the front-of-the-house (FOH) activities, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional guest service. This leadership position involves managing hourly team members, executing sales initiatives, and enforcing policies and procedures specific to Bricktown Brewery. The manager plays a critical role in maintaining safety and sanitation standards, monitoring food quality and presentation, handling guest complaints with professionalism, and ensuring a safe work environment for both guests and staff. Additionally, this role supports the general manager in financial oversight including budget adherence, payroll, invoice processing, and expense monitoring. Knowledge of restaurant equipment, health codes, POS systems, and administrative tools like Excel and Outlook is essential for success in this position.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment
- must be 21 years of age or older
- knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest services
- ability to motivate and develop team members
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- strong time management skills
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- ability to effectively communicate with team and management
- ability to perform basic maintenance and upkeep
- willingness to complete required training and certifications
- able to walk and stand up to 10 hours
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work 50+ hours per week including weekends
- adherence to company policies and procedures including appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment
- restaurant management experience preferred
- 2 year hospitality degree preferred
- must be 21 years of age or older
- effective communication skills
- coaching and performance management abilities
- knowledge of menu, food and beverage preparation
- ability to analyze financial information and adhere to budgets
- ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with Ctuit, Aloha POS, Excel, Word, Ops Analytica and Outlook
Job Duties
- Execute daily restaurant operations including supervision of the hourly team members
- assist general manager with execution of sales initiatives and goals
- support all FOH operations including systems adherence, health inspections, order guides, sales services, quality control of beer, and food order safety and sanitation
- oversee presentation of food to ensure it meets Bricktown Brewery specifications
- monitor compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving
- maintain building, equipment and supply levels including contacting contractors for repairs and performing basic maintenance
- promptly and professionally handle guest complaints and comments
- ensure a safe working and guest environment and complete accident reports when necessary
- communicate team member issues and complaints to management
- sign off FOH and BOH team members at shift end
- follow company procedures including crisis situations
- complete manager in training projects
- assist in hourly team member scheduling based on budget
- support general manager with financial, HR, and payroll administrative duties
- strictly follow cash handling and security procedures
- communicate with general manager for monitoring expenditures and managing food, labor, and supply costs
- perform other duties as assigned by regional manager or operations leadership
