Dine Brands is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for their IHOP location at 6930 Miller Lane, Dayton, Ohio 45414. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 to $55,000 annually, complemented by a quarterly bonus plan based on performance metrics. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the restaurant operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences that meet IHOP’s high standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring operational excellence by maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety protocols, and overseeing food preparation and presentation.
