Job Requirements
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining
- Experience teaching and training staff
- Strong personal and professional integrity
- Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment
- Passion to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to solve problems on the go
- Passion for hospitality and interacting with guests
- Sense to be 'hands on' when needed
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for food service and providing guests' exceptional service
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, counter height to shoulder height, across the restaurant
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and adhering to safety and security protocols
- Ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
- Providing timely, friendly service and addressing guest complaints
- Supervising, training, and developing team members
- Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and maximizing profitability
- Leading and motivating staff to achieve daily goals and manage schedules
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
- Serving as a communication point for staff, vendors, and internal teams
