Job Duties
- Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and food preparation standards
- Assist General Manager with operations and compliance
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships
- Support hiring, training, and development of front of house employees
- Manage performance of hourly staff
- Handle payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
