Job Requirements

  • One to two years of prior restaurant management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant including people, operations, profits, and sales in conjunction with the General Manager
  • Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and develop crew members to build a strong and capable team
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
  • Implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and continuous learning
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
