Job Requirements

  • Restaurant management experience is a must
  • Manage a team ranging from 10 to 30 per shift
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
  • Good financial standing
  • Available to work days, nights and overnights on weekends

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 to 5 years related restaurant management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience with Micros point-of-sale system helpful
  • Ability to speak and read English
  • Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work some nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop a team of 10 to 30 employees per shift
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Oversee financial transactions and maintain good financial standing
  • Handle staff scheduling and training
  • Communicate effectively with employees and guests
  • Work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
