Job Requirements
- Restaurant management experience is a must
- Manage a team ranging from 10 to 30 per shift
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
- Good financial standing
- Available to work days, nights and overnights on weekends
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 5 years related restaurant management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with Micros point-of-sale system helpful
- Ability to speak and read English
- Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work some nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Lead and develop a team of 10 to 30 employees per shift
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Oversee financial transactions and maintain good financial standing
- Handle staff scheduling and training
- Communicate effectively with employees and guests
- Work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
