Job Duties

Inspire and support team to provide excellent customer service
lead and motivate team to create positive customer experiences
maintain adequate staffing levels through scheduling, interviewing, and hiring

assist in inventory control and record keeping
adapt to various situations to support team and customer needs
resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns
