Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Have basic math skills
Have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills
Be dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations
Be able to work approximately 20-30 hours per week
Have successfully completed the 4-week Restaurant Assistant Manager Training Plan and passed solo open and close shift evaluations
Possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record maintained within company guidelines
Meet Little Caesars background verification guidelines
Must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Have previous experience in restaurants, retail, or customer contact
Completed the 4-week Restaurant Assistant Manager Training Plan with passing solo open and close shift evaluations
Possess a valid driver’s license with driving record within company guidelines

Job Duties

Serves customers correct and complete orders within the service time goals according to the HOT N READY Promise and telephone and front counter station procedures
Prepares and ensures consistent high-quality products are served as per Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook
Cleans and organizes work stations and maintains restaurant image following health department standards
Performs cash management responsibilities and ensures compliance with safety and security procedures
Provides direction and feedback to Colleagues and follows up by coaching and counseling to ensure job duties and company standards are met
Performs tasks associated with food, paper, labor, and utility cost controls and monitors shift activities for compliance
Completes daily paperwork neatly and accurately as directed by management
Follows procedures for opening and closing the restaurant and handles unexpected occurrences promptly
