Job Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years hospitality management experience
- Ability to work morning shifts
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to manage up to 75 staff members
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to read and write
- Possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment

Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years hospitality management experience
- Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management preferred
- Food management certifications a plus
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and labor effectively
- Experience in high-volume, customer-focused restaurant environments
Job Duties
- Take responsibility for the overall business performance of the restaurant including ordering, scheduling, labor management, marketing, facilities management, bakery operations, and catering
- Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Create and execute plans for sustained profitability
- Serve as primary conduit of information between associates and management team
- Retain and develop team members and managers
- Manage budget and control costs
- Coordinate the entire restaurant operation during scheduled shifts
- Greet customers and conduct table visits to ensure satisfaction
- Inspire associates to have fun and be authentic while maintaining productivity
- Coach and mentor associates through One-on-One meetings, performance documentation and reviews
- Anticipate problems and take preventive action
- Serve as primary resource for resolving associate questions
- Ensure associates are properly trained and competent in all food service and customer support aspects
- Recruit and train staff to meet staffing par levels
- Operate within company guidelines, cultural values, and ethical business practices
- Exhibit a professional image and embody company values and beliefs
