Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Food Safety Certified
- Microsoft Office and general systems experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and some holidays
- ability to train in group settings
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- ability to listen, ask the right questions, and understand needs of a trainee
- commitment to core values of having a heart for service and giving one hundred percent while operating with a can-do spirit
- demonstrates restaurant business management and operations acumen
- able to travel via airplane or state to assist in new restaurant opening training or with operations support as needed (up to 60 percent of the time depending on seasonality and training support needs)

Job Duties
- Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction
- escalate any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
- identify and respond to guests' needs
- complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions
- adhere to policy and procedures to maximize guest and employee satisfaction
- help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and guests
- support new restaurant openings and additional training initiatives as needed
