The company prides itself on fostering a high-energy and customer-focused environment, emphasizing professional growth, employee development, and operational excellence. Domino's is continuously evolving to meet the demands of modern consumers by leveraging technology and fostering strong community relationships.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position at Domino's Pizza is a pivotal role within the Store Operations department, responsible for supporting the store's success and delivering superior customer experiences. Reporting directly to the General Manager and secondarily to the Regional Operations Manager, the AGM oversees a team comprising Customer Service Representatives, Delivery Experts, and Pizza Makers. This non-exempt role is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and advance within the company. Domino's actively promotes from within and offers robust training and mentorship to prepare its Assistant General Managers for future leadership opportunities, including ownership roles within the franchise system.

As an Assistant General Manager, the individual acts as the store's manager-on-duty, stepping in as second in command when the General Manager is unavailable. This role requires a high level of integrity, honesty, operational knowledge, and leadership skills to maintain brand standards and company policies. The AGM partners with the General Manager in recruitment, training new team members, scheduling, and managing daily store operations. A critical responsibility is to ensure consistently high-quality products and service, along with meeting food and labor cost goals to maximize sales and profitability. In addition, the AGM ensures the store adheres to health, safety, and cleanliness standards, fostering productive relationships within the team and building connections with customers and the wider community.

This position requires hands-on involvement with cash handling, reconciliation, reporting, and inventory control, demonstrating the operational expertise expected from Domino's Assistant General Managers. Beyond routine management tasks, the AGM supports marketing efforts to boost store visibility and sales. Domino's Assistant General Managers enjoy a dynamic work environment with smaller teams that allow for strong personal connections and a positive workplace culture. Career progression is fast-paced, with competitive wages, delivery mileage compensation, tips, overtime pay, paid training opportunities, health insurance, and paid time off among the benefits. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals who thrive in a competitive but supportive atmosphere and are committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Domino's is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity.
