We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $46,000 per year. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen across our locations. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines that Anduzzi's Sports Club is known for. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, culinary expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a kitchen leadership role preferably in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar environment
- strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques presentation and flavor profiles
- excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices with certification in food handling and sanitation preferred
- passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Job Duties
- assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating
- ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to Anduzzi's Sports Club's standards of quality and consistency
- supervise kitchen staff providing guidance training and support as needed
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste
- enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards including proper storage handling and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces
- implement and enforce procedures to maximize kitchen efficiency and productivity
- uphold Anduzzi's Sports Club's values and standards of excellence in all interactions with guests and team members
