Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a sous chef or in a similar kitchen management role
Active Serve Safe Manager certification
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced kitchen environment
Reliable and self-motivated

Job Qualifications

Experience working as a sous chef or chef
High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
Active Serve Safe Manager certification
