Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations
  • Fill in for Kitchen Manager in food preparation planning and direction
  • Follow recipe book with precision
  • Train and supervise cooks and kitchen staff
  • Monitor training progress and staff goals
  • Lead quality control and food safety procedures
  • Manage product orders and control food costs
