We are currently seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our dedicated culinary team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will provide strong leadership and supervision to kitchen staff, helping manage and train the team to consistently deliver timely, courteous, and efficient service. This position requires someone ready and willing to support and cover for the Kitchen Manager during high volume periods or times of absence. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead by example, stepping in to assist in all areas of the kitchen when necessary.

The Assistant Kitchen Manager will play a critical role in maintaining sanitation standards and overseeing cleanliness to create a safe and healthy environment for both staff and customers. This leadership role not only requires hands-on involvement in daily kitchen operations but also demands excellent communication and organizational skills. With a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of restaurant experience, candidates with additional culinary coursework or training and prior management experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service are highly preferred. Proficiency in English, strong time management capabilities, and professional presentation in dress, speech, and behavior are essential for success in this role.
