Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Understanding of restaurant operations and food safety
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Basic knowledge of financial statements and budgeting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
Job Duties
- Assist general manager with overall restaurant staffing planning
- Assist other managers with hiring decisions for all departments
- Conduct weekly manager meetings in partnership with the general manager
- Create and implement incentive programs and contests with department managers
- Motivate team members to participate in all promotions and incentives
- Provide regular performance feedback and conduct timely performance appraisals
- Assist general manager with coaching other managers on performance management
- Manage guest comment program and handle guest complaints
- Ensure adherence to food product rollouts and company quality standards
- Communicate and address areas of opportunity with department managers
- Teach and coach managers on quality, service, cleanliness, and inventory standards
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and develop action plans
- Conduct administrative functions such as entering invoices and managing end-of-day procedures
- Monitor repair and maintenance and manage preventative maintenance program
- Hold department managers accountable for costs and inventory levels
- Participate in departmental meetings to communicate successes and new procedures
- Establish sales projections and create action plans based on P&L statements
- Assist in creating annual restaurant budget
- Complete all other assigned duties or tasks as required
