Job Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work varied shifts
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification within 30 days
  • Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in hospitality or food service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hospitality or food service management experience with proven sales growth
  • Ability to uphold the highest cleanliness and safety standards
  • Skilled in training and developing staff across multiple job functions
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification within 30 days of hire
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Flexible schedule to meet operational needs
  • Understanding of financial controls and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including customer service and financial performance
  • Oversee staff training and development to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory and manage purchasing to meet budget requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
