The Manager position at WOB Bar & Kitchen holds a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant’s operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in hospitality or food service
  • certification in food safety and alcohol awareness within 30 days
  • knowledge of federal and local labor laws
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to stand 10-12 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and multitask in a busy environment
  • proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hospitality or food service management experience with proven sales growth
  • knowledge of restaurant cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • ability to train employees across various job functions
  • strong understanding of bar and kitchen operations
  • valid Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification within 30 days of hire
  • ability to travel occasionally is a plus
  • flexibility in scheduling
  • eligibility to work in the United States
