Job Duties
- Assist the Director of White Rabbbit Operations in leading and managing the daily operations of the lounge ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- Develop and train a team of talented individuals fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor and maintain quality presentation and consistency to uphold our reputation for excellence
- Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- Monitor financial performance control costs and optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for menu enhancements and improvements
