Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
- Experience in hotel industry preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- Train, develop and coach team members for success

- Lead, coach and develop team members across multiple hotels
- Role model quality assurance best practices
- Deliver on business measures of service, cost and labor controls
- Handle challenging situations with critical thinking and resolve issues proactively
