Job Requirements

  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
  • Experience in hotel industry preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments

  • Lead, coach and develop team members across multiple hotels
  • Role model quality assurance best practices
  • Deliver on business measures of service, cost and labor controls
  • Handle challenging situations with critical thinking and resolve issues proactively
