We are currently seeking a strong, enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. This role is essential in leading and inspiring our staff, overseeing operations, and ensuring that the customer experience meets the highest expectations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing full-service restaurants within high-volume and corporate environments, with a proven track record in developing and maintaining high-performing teams. The Assistant General Manager will have hands-on responsibilities including hiring, training, and evaluating staff to foster a motivated and skilled team. This role also involves managing profit and loss (P&L), implementing strategic business initiatives that align with the company’s brand standards, and supporting both the back and front-of-the-house operations. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive training periods away from their home market, up to eight weeks, and possess the flexibility to return home during off days.
