We are currently seeking a strong, enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Job Requirements
- At least five years of full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume corporate setting
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong commitment to team development
- Experience managing a minimum of 4 million dollars in sales volume
- Willingness to train away from home market for up to eight weeks
- Availability to travel and return during breaks
- Good work tenure with limited job changes
- Experience in high alcohol sales environment
