The property is distinguished not only for its elegant accommodations and versatile event spaces but also for its dedication to quality service and culinary excellence, setting a high standard within the hospitality industry.
We are currently seeking to add a dynamic and skilled Assistant General Manager to the SER Steak + Spirits team at the Hilton Anatole. This role is pivotal in supporting the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing all front-of-house operations, including management of a Sommelier, a Dining Room Manager, and a team of 25 front-of-house staff members. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of proven restaurant management experience within an elevated fine dining environment and possesses a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences. Leadership, mentorship, and a knack for operational excellence are crucial qualities for success in this position.
The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations of food and beverage outlets, maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing strategies aimed to maximize both profitability and guest satisfaction. Taking a proactive approach to guest satisfaction strategies will be essential, including gathering feedback, monitoring trends, and implementing continuous improvements to elevate the dining experience. Additionally, this role demands careful oversight of administrative and planning functions within the Food & Beverage department while implementing effective cost controls on food, beverage, and labor expenses.
This leadership position is designed to inspire and develop a high-performing team through attentive supervision, coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. The Assistant General Manager will also uphold stringent health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Joining the Hilton Anatole team means embracing Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a dedicated focus on the present moment to positively impact every guest’s experience.
Hilton Anatole extends beyond exceptional guest service by investing in the wellbeing of its team members through comprehensive benefits including travel perks, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, mental health resources, generous paid time off, health and welfare benefits, and financial security plans.
