Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory control and health regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Competency in industry-related software and computer applications
Job Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in a similar level managerial role in a high-volume restaurant environment is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and restaurant management software
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize service standards, streamline processes, and maintain an exceptional dining experience
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent guest service and uphold our restaurant's high standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation, timely service, and adherence to quality standards
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance
- Oversee beverage operations and bar operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, soliciting feedback and addressing any concerns to ensure a positive dining experience
- Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with the General Manager in budget planning, cost control, and financial management
