Job Description

We are representing a confidential hospitality group that operates a high-volume restaurant and venue focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. This established group is known for its commitment to quality service, innovative hospitality solutions, and a dynamic work environment that supports both front-of-house and back-of-house excellence. Renowned in the industry for balancing upscale ambiance with operational efficiency, this hospitality group continually aims to exceed customer expectations while fostering an engaging, high-energy atmosphere for staff and guests alike.

The current opportunity invites an experienced General Manager to lead a bustling restaurant or high-volume venue. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can oversee all aspects of operations to ensure profitability, team development, and peak guest satisfaction. The General Manager will take full leadership responsibility, including financial oversight of the entire venue, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, and cultivating a strong leadership culture among the management and hourly teams. This position demands a multidimensional leader adept at managing people, processes, and performance in a competitive hospitality market. Reporting directly to senior stakeholders within the hospitality group, the General Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the ongoing success and reputation of the venue.

Core responsibilities include the oversight of daily restaurant and venue operations covering both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. The role requires managing full P&L accountability, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and other controllable expenses to meet and exceed financial targets. Recruiting, training, and developing managers and hourly team members is essential for sustaining a high-performance culture, as is maintaining stringent quality and service standards aligned with the group's brand promise. Effective scheduling and staffing model management will ensure operational efficiency, while vendor relationship handling, inventory control, and cost management are crucial for meeting budget requirements.

Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for company compliance and safety adherence, guest issue resolution, and upholding a strong vendor and guest relationship framework. Leadership excellence, accountability, and fostering a collaborative team environment will be critical to success in this rewarding career.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses, reflecting the candidate's experience and achievements. It is a full-time role located on-site, providing an opportunity to immerse oneself in the dynamic hospitality culture of the group and contribute to its ongoing expansion and market leadership.
