Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in hotel management or comparable role
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Ability to handle operational challenges and problem solve effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance
- Lead designated departments across Hotel Operations and Property Operations
- Ensure high service standards by monitoring guest service delivery and implementing improvements
- Support operational excellence by identifying efficiency gaps and developing improvement strategies
- Act as the General Manager delegate assuming full operational leadership responsibilities in their absence
- Cultivate a high-performing team through recruitment, performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
