Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- Proven experience in hotel operations or management role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

Job Duties
- Oversee hotel operations including budgeting forecasting strategic planning service delivery and compliance
- Lead designated departments across Hotel Operations and Property Operations
- Ensure high service standards by monitoring guest service delivery responding to satisfaction trends and implementing improvements
- Support operational excellence by identifying efficiency gaps and assisting in developing and implementing improvement strategies
- Act as the General Manager delegate assuming full operational leadership responsibilities in their absence
- Cultivate a high-performing team through recruitment performance management professional development and recognition programs
