Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including fiscal budgets and labor productivity
  • Assist General Manager with human resources responsibilities such as performance feedback, coaching, hiring, training, and succession planning
  • Interact frequently with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to complaints
  • Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth service between kitchen and dining room
  • Execute policies, operating procedures, training programs, and company initiatives in the restaurant
  • Maintain high standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Keep detailed knowledge of the venue's food and beverage offerings and equipment
