Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- leadership and team management experience
- problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards
- experience with scheduling, inventory management, and labor controls
- familiarity with food safety practices

- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, and operational efficiency
- lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams by training associates, managing performance, and fostering a positive team culture
- monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls to support financial goals
- maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and opening/closing procedures
- handle guest relations and resolve issues professionally
- contribute to creating a motivating and supportive work environment
