The Apprenticeship opportunity at Chipotle offers aspiring leaders the chance to develop the essential skills and experience needed to become General Managers. Apprentices will be deeply involved in daily restaurant operations, learning to manage people, drive excellent guest experiences, and maintain business success. This is a full-time role, including standard 50-hour workweeks with applicable overtime and shifts during evenings and weekends.

As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in running a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment that requires physical stamina, effective communication, and dedication to food safety and operational standards. You will learn vital skills such as schedule creation, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, recruiting and interviewing, and upholding Chipotle’s renowned guest hospitality standards.
