Job Description
The Assistant General Manager role at Taco Bell is critical in driving the restaurant’s success through effective leadership and operational management. Job Requirements
- Three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Ability to assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures
- Experience in maintaining inventory and managing labor
- Capability to review financial reports and take appropriate actions

- Willingness to work a 50-hour week

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the MIC success routine and prioritizing customer needs
- Oversee team members’ adherence to shift excellence responsibilities
- Maintain high food safety standards and uphold core excellence
- Take charge of restaurant operations in the general manager’s absence
- Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance and providing ongoing constructive feedback
- Address employee relations issues and escalate when necessary
- Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members while promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Manage profit and loss aspects including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management
- Review financial reports and optimize performance
- Support facility maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
