This role is for a full-time Shack Manager at the Milwaukee location. The Shack Manager will be responsible for leading and coaching a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires managing inventory, quality, safety protocols, payroll, and scheduling, while consistently exceeding profitability goals. The Shack Manager is expected to uphold the brand’s standards of excellence and hospitality and to promote Shake Shack’s presence in the local community through events and word-of-mouth marketing. This position demands strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire team members to deliver top-tier service. The Shack Manager will also ensure compliance with local and state health and safety regulations by implementing company policies and procedures effectively. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
  • Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
  • Minimum 3 years of P and L responsibilities
  • Food handler certification, preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
