The Assistant Manager is also essential in handling customer complaints and ensuring a safe, welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees alike. The company seeks individuals who have experience in restaurant or retail management and who demonstrate strong leadership qualities and communication skills.

Compensation for the Assistant Manager position ranges from $14 to $35 per hour, complemented by a bonus program that can provide an additional $20,000 annually.
